All sales and transactions are final. Allusive does not offer refunds under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.

Users are prohibited from sharing, distributing, or replicating any scripts, keys, or access associated with Allusive without explicit permission. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

Users are strictly prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract or replicate any part of Allusive's services, code, or functionality.

Users must not engage in activities that exploit loopholes, bypass security measures, or circumvent the intended use of Allusive services.

We collect and log technical information including but not limited to usage patterns, system interactions, and security events to maintain service integrity and protect against abuse.

We may collect approximate location data based on IP addresses for security and fraud prevention purposes.

We collect device information including hardware identifiers, operating system details, and system specifications to ensure compatibility and prevent unauthorized access.

Hardware ID resets are available through our support system. Abuse of this feature may result in account restrictions.

Access keys and licenses are non-transferable and tied to your account. Any attempt to transfer, sell, or share keys will result in immediate termination.

We retain technical data as necessary for security and service operation. All data is stored securely and used solely for the purposes outlined in these terms.

Allusive reserves the right to revoke access to services at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason deemed necessary to protect the service and its users.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Allusive immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you do not agree with these terms, you may opt out by discontinuing use of Allusive services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Allusive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
